Letter for Myself

Dear Me,

I know that I am really late because yesterday is the last day the open glints scholarship. Like I wrote in my cover letter, I did not want to regret this chance, so I am still writing this.

End for the prologue.

When you are reading this, you are 22 years old in the last semester (7th semester), who plan to graduate on March 2019 (cumlaude). It is the other your difficult time to choose. Which one does come first? Master degree? Professional degree? Or getting work? Yeah. You are really dizzy about your educational matter. Right now, you think that you have got the answers, but it is just about 65% that you are sure. Hm.

In this new year, you had wrote your new wish list on your phone’s note. Many points that you want to reach. But you should know these.

“You are better than last year, you have got the goals that you wanted before although it is not still complete. You have family who love you unconditionally. You have parents who always fulfill your necessary. You have brother who needs more attention. You do not like the crowded place but you can manage. You do not like being attracted one but you can be brave. You dare to against your fear. You have a good mental health. You have great body, do not think too much about people who always do body shamming. You have will to try something new in your life. You have good heart. You are surrounded people who love you. You do not forget to say thanks and sorry. You are awesome.”

That is really true. You said all of these because you sometimes doubt yourself. You’ve met people who are sick many years, who do not have parents, who look like lacking of oxygen because of their problems, etc. You have met many people, but it is not enough. You may not stop to learn, to care, to respect, to give and to be grateful.

Your dad always teaches you about do not trust people easily, do not ever let people put you down, and making new friends. Then, your mom makes you think that you have to be independent woman. These are things that made you had to be strong, so you will not be hydrolyzed.

You know the rules. You can not judge people easily. You are not afraid to learn from anyone. You need to earn money. You will be getting older soon, you must save money, keep your health, and make people whom you love happy. People who impede your growth, just kill them with kindness, like Selena said.

This is from me yourself for you and people who are reading this.

You only live once in this life. So please make this work. Travel more to learn new people, to enrich your knowledge, and to get more experiences. Do not just think about earning money, but do volunteer with your heart also. Make your own path, because you know you are all unique. Spend your time well, becuse who knows it will be your irresistible memories! Smart work or hard work whatever it is, give yourself reward. You deserve it. Thanks, sorry, and please, there are important words. Me youself, we know that many things can not write here. So for the last, I want to remind about your dreams.

You love your major right now. You want to be a sport physiotherapist and a lecturer. You want to have your own clinic. You want to visit Mecca and countries in Eropa and America. You want to get scholarship, master sport and medicine in London. You want to be a writer. You want to dive in the ocean. You want to have your own classical and modern house’s concept. You want to be a business woman also. You want to make people who love you feel happy and be proud of you. Everythings that you want the most, I write above.

We all know that everybody has a dream. No matter what it is, it is something that we want to make it real. Wise people said that we just have to try. Try again. Try more. Lets do these! Pray every moment because He never sleeps.
